Château du Moulin and the Strawberry Conservatory

The Chateau du Moulin was built in the XVth century by Jacques de Persigny on behalf of Philippe du Moulin. Surrounded by a moat which reflects its pink brickwork, the castle is inhabited and fully furnished.

In the grounds you will find the marvellous Strawberry Conservatory where you can explore the mysteries of the queen of fruits in its museum and gardens with over 40 varieties of strawberries. Some are in hanging baskets along the tunnel on the "Dame Fraise" tour leading through the strawberry maze.
