Château Monastère de la Corroirie

In 1208, when Jean Sans Terre (King of England and owner of 2/3 of France) inaugurated the La Corroirie church, and the venue's history began.

Both a château and a monastery, this atypical venue will take you on an unique discovery of the Middle Ages, its wars, its agriculture and the work of the Monks.

Church, fortifications, dungeon, cellar, windmills and prison are part of the visit.

You will also enjoy the garden where old varieties of plants have been preserved.
